About PeakLine

We're new. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

Every HVAC site in Aurora claims "family-owned since" some year in the last century. We're not doing that. PeakLine is a new company — and that's exactly why we have to earn your trust with things you can verify: published prices, written guarantees, real techs, real reviews.

The honest version

Why "new" is our advantage.

A 40-year-old company can coast on reputation. We can't. Every job has to be good enough to earn a review, a referral, and a Comfort Club member — because that's the entire business plan.

So instead of heritage, we built the things heritage is supposed to guarantee:

  • Published prices — every repair range on our pricing pages, in the hero of every service page. Nobody else in Aurora does this.
  • Guarantees written as contracts — plain-language terms, not "satisfaction guaranteed" wallpaper.
  • Real tech profiles — name, photo, certs, published before they ever knock on your door. (Profiles go live with our first hires — no stock-photo "team.")
  • Reviews from day one — requested after every job, published unfiltered on our review wall.

Engineers, not salesmen

Our techs don't earn commission. On anything.

The industry's worst habit is the commissioned tech: paid more when the invoice is bigger. That's how a cheap sensor fix becomes a full replacement pitch.

Our rule is simple and absolute:

0% commission.
Techs are paid for diagnosis quality and customer ratings — never for invoice size. If the cheap fix is the right fix, that's what gets recommended.

That also means our techs will talk you out of spending money: out of a replacement your old unit doesn't need, out of a repair that won't last the winter, out of financing a bill you could just pay. An engineer tells you the truth. A salesman tells you what closes.

Mission

Transparency is the product.

North Aurora is a price-sensitive market — $55k median income, older homes, real budgets. The HVAC industry treats price-shoppers like a nuisance. We built PeakLine for them: repair-first positioning, published ranges, financing with the math shown, and maintenance plans that actually save money. If we wanted the premium-replacement game, we'd have set up in Greenwood Village.

Where we work

Rooted in north Aurora.

We're at 595 Nucla Way, Aurora, CO 80011 — in the Centretech district, the same corridor where half the metro's HVAC shops keep their trucks. Our beachhead is north Aurora: 80011, 80010, 80012, 80013, 80014.

Why start here? Because the big shops compete metro-wide and nobody goes zip-deep. We know these houses — 1950s–70s builds, forced-air gas furnaces, and swamp coolers still humming on roofs. See our service areas →

The team

Real faces, coming soon.

Every PeakLine tech gets a published profile: real photo, real name, certifications, and how long they've worked Aurora homes. We're publishing them as our team forms — a profile page with stock photos would be exactly the kind of thing we don't do.

What we can tell you now: every tech is background-checked, EPA-certified for refrigerant handling, and trained on our no-commission, written-quote, shoe-covers-on standard. The faces follow.

FAQ

About us, answered.

Is PeakLine a new company?

Yes. No invented founding year, no borrowed heritage. We earn trust the hard way: published prices, written guarantees, and reviews from every job starting day one.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Full details — including what Colorado actually requires — on our licenses & insurance page. Insurance certificate available on request, permits pulled on every install.

Do your techs work on commission?

No. Zero commission on parts, equipment, or financing. Techs are evaluated on diagnosis accuracy and customer ratings.

Why should I pick a new company over an established one?

Honestly? Check our prices against theirs, read our written guarantees, and give us one small job — a tune-up is the perfect test. If we don't earn the second call, we don't deserve it.

Test us with a tune-up. It's the cheapest way to check our work.
