HVAC in Aurora 80013: east-central's split-levels and working furnaces

80013 filled in during Aurora's eastward push — 1960s through 1980s subdivisions of split-levels, raised ranches, and two-story brick-fronts between Hampden and the E-470 tollway. The furnaces here are mostly second-generation: 15 to 25 years old, which is exactly the age where repair bills start arriving every heating season.
