Reviews
A review wall with nothing fake on it.
We're new. That means our review wall starts small — and grows one real job at a time. No invented testimonials, no stock-photo "customers," no 5.0 with 4,000 reviews we bought. Here's exactly how we earn every star.
The wall
Real reviews, as they land.
Every review below comes from a completed PeakLine job, collected the same way, published unfiltered. Good, bad, and everything between.
The engine
How a review gets on that wall.
Job completed
Repair done, system tested, invoice itemized, tech's boots off your floor. The job isn't over until the system runs clean.
SMS within the hour
You get a text with a review link — Google, Facebook, or our review platform. Thirty seconds, no account gymnastics.
Published unfiltered
Every review goes live — 5 stars or 1 star. We don't cherry-pick, edit, or "lose" the bad ones.
We reply publicly
Every review gets a public reply from us. Good ones get thanks; bad ones get a fix and an explanation.
Our review rules
Written down, like everything else.
- No invented testimonials. If it isn't traceable to a real job, it doesn't go on the site.
- No review gating. We never ask "were you happy?" first and only send the link to happy customers. Everyone gets the link.
- No paid reviews. No discounts for 5 stars, no gift cards for reviews. A review you bought is an ad, not proof.
- No fake counts. We won't claim "500+ happy customers" until 500 customers have actually said so.
- Bad reviews stay up. A wall of only 5 stars is a marketing page. Ours is evidence.
What we're aiming for
The 90-day target.
Our goal from day one: 50+ embedded reviews in 90 days, with real names and Aurora zips attached. Video testimonials from real Aurora homes beat text — those come as customers volunteer them.
Every service page will carry reviews filtered to that service. Every location page will carry reviews from that zip. The wall grows; the proof compounds.

FAQ
Review questions.
Are your reviews real?
Yes — collected after real completed jobs via SMS, published unfiltered through our review widget. Nothing on the wall is written by us, our friends, or anyone we paid.
Why don't you have many reviews yet?
Because we're new and we won't fake it. We'd rather show you an honest small wall than an invented big one. Check back — or better, hire us for a tune-up and add the next one yourself.
Do you respond to bad reviews?
Publicly, every time. If we messed up, we say what we'll do about it. If the review is unfair, we say that too — politely, with facts.
