How much does the Comfort Club cost?
TBD/year. That covers both tune-ups, priority scheduling, member repair discounts, and the No-Heat Winter Guarantee. No sign-up fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no fees, no retention calls. We send a renewal reminder before your year ends; you decide.
What if I only want one tune-up, not the plan?
Totally fine — single tune-ups are TBD each. The plan just bundles them cheaper with priority and discounts.
Does the plan cover repairs?
It covers the two tune-ups plus discounted repairs — repairs themselves are quoted separately (in writing, as always). Think of it as maintenance + priority + discounts, not insurance.
Do you service swamp coolers under the plan?
The plan covers furnace + AC/heat pump systems. Swamp cooler maintenance is a separate service — and if you're thinking of converting to central AC, ask us about the conversion.
