Guarantees

Not slogans. Contracts.

"Satisfaction guaranteed" means nothing — every company says it, nobody defines it. Ours are written like contracts: what we promise, what triggers it, what you get. In plain language, printed on your invoice.

❄ NO-HEAT WINTER GUARANTEE

If your furnace fails within 90 days of our tune-up, the return diagnostic is free.

The plain-language terms: we perform a full 21-point tune-up on your furnace. If that furnace stops heating within 90 days, we come back and diagnose the problem at no charge — no diagnostic fee, no trip charge. If it's something the tune-up should have caught, we say so out loud.

What it doesn't cover: parts and labor for the new repair are still quoted normally (in writing, before work). Acts of nature, power surges, and "someone else worked on it since" are excluded — and we'll tell you which one applies, specifically.

Why we offer it: a tune-up that doesn't prevent breakdowns is theater. This guarantee is us betting our own labor that our tune-ups actually work. See the 21-point checklist →

◷ ON-TIME OR $25 OFF

More than 30 minutes late without a call ahead? $25 off your invoice.

The plain-language terms: we give you an arrival window. If we're running more than 30 minutes past it and didn't call or text ahead, $25 comes off the invoice automatically — you don't have to ask, argue, or remind us. The tech applies it on the spot.

What it doesn't cover: true emergencies (a gas leak across town rightly jumps the queue — we'll call you first), and weather that shuts down the roads. Everything else: the clock is the clock.

✎ WRITTEN QUOTE BEFORE WORK

No work starts without your signature on a written, itemized quote.

The plain-language terms: after diagnosis, you get the full price — parts, labor, fees — in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it. If we find something new mid-repair, we stop, show you, and get a fresh approval. The invoice matches the quote, or the difference is on us.

✓ FREE SECOND OPINION

Another company's big quote? We'll give you our honest read, free.

The plain-language terms: if someone quoted you a major repair or replacement, we'll inspect and tell you straight whether they're right. If they are, we'll say so — even though it costs us the job. The second opinion is free; any work you approve afterward is quoted normally.

Why contracts, not slogans

A guarantee you can't claim is advertising.

"100% satisfaction guaranteed" is unclaimable by design — what does it trigger, who decides, what do you get? Nobody knows, which is the point. Our guarantees name the trigger, the remedy, and the exclusions. If a guarantee on this page ever feels vague, call us and ask — the answer should take one sentence.

Claim it in one sentence

"You were 45 minutes late and didn't call." That's the whole claims process.

No forms, no tickets

The tech applies it on the spot. No calling the office, no waiting for a manager.

Printed on the invoice

Every guarantee on this page is reprinted on your paperwork. What we promise here, we promise there.

Held by reviews

Break a guarantee and a customer will say so publicly — that's what our unfiltered review wall is for.

FAQ

Guarantee questions.

What is the No-Heat Winter Guarantee, exactly?

If your furnace fails within 90 days of our tune-up, the return diagnostic is free — no diagnostic fee, no trip charge. Parts and labor for the new repair are quoted normally, in writing, before work.

How do I claim the On-Time $25?

You don't have to — the tech applies it automatically if we're 30+ minutes late without calling ahead. If it ever doesn't happen, one sentence to us fixes it.

Do guarantees apply to emergency calls?

The written-quote guarantee always applies. On-Time applies to scheduled windows; true emergencies (gas leaks, CO alarms) are dispatched immediately rather than scheduled, so there's no window to miss.

Is the second opinion really free?

Yes — our honest read on another company's quote costs you nothing. If you hire us afterward, that work is quoted normally.

Guarantees are only as good as the company behind them.
