24/7 emergency HVAC — Aurora, CO

No heat at 2 AM? We're already awake.

DISPATCHED 24/7 · NORTH AURORA FIRST · REAL ETAS, NOT "SOMETIME TOMORROW"

Furnaces fail on the coldest night of the year — that's not bad luck, that's physics. Our emergency line is answered around the clock, and no-heat calls in freezing weather jump the queue.

What counts

Is this an emergency? Here's our list.

  • No heat when it's below freezing — pipes freeze, people don't sleep. This is always an emergency.
  • Any gas smell near the furnace — leave the house, call 911, then call us. (We mean it: gas first, HVAC second.)
  • Carbon monoxide alarm sounding — get out, call 911, then call us. Old furnaces in 80011 make this real.
  • Water pooling from the system — a leaking system flooding the utility room can't wait for morning.
  • Dead AC in extreme heat with vulnerable people — infants, elderly, medical conditions. "It's 92° with a baby in the house" is an emergency call.
Not sure? Call anyway. We'd rather talk you down from a panic at 2 AM than have you sit on a real emergency until morning. The call is free; the advice is honest.

What doesn't

…and what can wait for morning (and save you money).

We'll be straight with you: not every breakdown is an emergency, and after-hours dispatch costs more. If it's one of these, we'll usually tell you to book a morning slot:

  • Thermostat acting up but the system still heats/cools
  • Strange noise with normal operation otherwise
  • One room too hot/cold — uncomfortable, not dangerous
  • Filter reminder light or maintenance due

After-hours emergency dispatch carries an additional fee of TBD — quoted before we roll the truck, never multiplied mysteriously on the invoice. If it can wait until morning, we'll say so and save you the fee.

A human answers

24/7. Not a voicemail tree at 2 AM — a person who can dispatch a tech.

You get a real ETA

Based on where our techs actually are, not a script. North Aurora calls get priority — we're already here.

Price before the truck rolls

Diagnostic fee + any after-hours fee, quoted on the phone. Approve it or don't — no pressure at your door at midnight.

Heat the same night

We stock the parts that fail most (igniters, capacitors, flame sensors). The goal is heat tonight, not a return trip.

Request emergency service

Prefer not to call? Send a request — we respond to emergency requests first.

For gas smells or CO alarms: leave the house and call 911 first, then us.

Request received. For anything urgent, call (303) 568-5036 — the phone is always fastest at night.

FAQ

Emergency questions.

What counts as an HVAC emergency?

No heat in freezing weather, any gas smell, a CO alarm, water pooling from the system, or a dead AC with vulnerable people in extreme heat. Unsure? Call — the call is free and we'd rather talk you through it.

Do you charge extra for after-hours calls?

After-hours emergency dispatch carries an additional fee of TBD, quoted before we roll the truck. If your problem can wait for morning, we'll tell you and save you the fee.

How fast can you get to north Aurora?

We're based at 595 Nucla Way in 80011 — most of north Aurora is minutes away. When you call, we give you a real ETA based on where our techs actually are.

What should I do if I smell gas?

Leave the house immediately, don't touch electrical switches, call 911 from outside — then call us at (303) 568-5036. Gas leaks are a fire department call first.
